Borussia Dortmund vs Real Madrid: UEFA Champions League Final Preview
The stage is set for an epic clash between two European giants as Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid prepare to battle it out for the UEFA Champions League trophy.
Wembley Stadium will host the showpiece event on Saturday, May 28, with both teams looking to add to their illustrious history in the competition.
Dortmund have been in impressive form throughout the tournament, dispatching the likes of Manchester City and Real Madrid's city rivals Atletico on their way to the final. They will be looking to lift the trophy for the first time since 1997 and become the first German team to win the Champions League since Bayern Munich in 2013.
Real Madrid, meanwhile, are aiming to become the first team to retain the Champions League since 2013, when they defeated Atletico in Lisbon. They have plenty of experience at this level, having won the title 11 times, and will be determined to add to their tally.
The match is expected to be a close and entertaining affair, with both teams possessing plenty of attacking threat. Dortmund have the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Marco Reus, while Real Madrid can call upon Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema.
The match will be broadcast live on ESPN and will also be available to stream online. Kick-off is scheduled for 8pm BST.
