Original Cast Members Return for Action-Packed Sequel

Nearly four decades after their iconic roles, Eddie Murphy, Judge Reinhold, Kevin Bacon, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt are set to reprise their characters in the highly anticipated reboot of the beloved "Axel F" franchise.

The upcoming film, titled "Axel F," will mark Murphy's triumphant return as the unforgettable Detroit cop, Axel Foley. The storyline follows Foley as he returns to Beverly Hills, his initial crime-fighting playground, after his daughter's life is threatened. In a thrilling twist, Foley teams up with his former partner John Taggart (Paul), played by Judge Reinhold, who has since risen to become a high-ranking detective.

The reboot promises to deliver the same blend of action, comedy, and nostalgic charm that made the original film a classic. Will Beall, Tom Gormican, and Kevin Etten have collaborated on the screenplay, while Mark Molloy will take the director's chair. The film is slated for a 2024 release, much to the delight of fans who have been eagerly awaiting the sequel.
